Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While I loved the clean and spacious Grande Deluxe Pool Access Room, the dining options were way too expensive and quite underwhelming. The service was really friendly, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. However, I found the lack of variety in breakfast and high transport costs to nearby attractions a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a nice resort but not perfect, especially for longer stays.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, which was a fantastic surprise! The amenities were great, and the service was always helpful. However, the hotel is a bit isolated, so getting to the nearest dining options required a good 20-minute drive. Additionally, the beach in front of the hotel wasn’t ideal for swimming due to unclear water, which was somewhat disappointing.
The hotel had a beautiful setting with clean, well-appointed rooms that offered great value for the price. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in Thailand, and the staff was helpful. However, the location felt too quiet for my taste, and the beach was not swimmable, which was quite disappointing. I ended up going to Chaweng for a more lively atmosphere. While I appreciated the quality of the accommodations, I likely wouldn't return due to the location.
This hotel has some beautiful aspects, like the serene environment and stunning views, but it's quite far from any bustling areas and lacks proper beach access. The rooms have great amenities, but service issues and cleanliness also detracted from my overall experience. While I appreciated the privacy and space, the staff's inability to communicate effectively was frustrating.
